Order
The minimum order of 20 pieces (pairs) is required for each product style & the minimum grand total order of USD 2,000 is required for each purchase order. The minimum order of 5 (five) rings per size assortment is required for each style or SKU. We require the ring size to be within the sizes of 52, 54, 56, and 58. Sample order is for close consideration and buyer's marketing purpose only. The sample order will be 20% extra charged from prices, and will be granted only consistent buyers who has already made purchase. Sample order is not size assorted, and will be finished after 3-4 weeks of ordering and non-refundable.
We can do production as per your design & the minimum order is 100 pieces (pairs) for a style or SKU and 50% deposit before production. Your design confidence is protected by our company to ensure that no unauthorized person has access to your designs.
All prices are in $US net F.O.B. Bangkok, Thailand & prices are subject to change without prior notice, however, we prefer to offer the best prices we can get to our customers once the business relationship is established. In uncommon case, a surcharge may be added in case of significant raw material price increase and/or currency fluctuation. |

Payment Term
Deposit of 30% from the grand total amount in purchase order is required in format of cash, bank draft, or T/T (wire transfer) at the point of purchase or upon the confirmation purchase order. For any purchase order amount over USD 8,000.-, the letter of credit is required upon receiving client's order. When your ordered production is finished and ready to be shipped, we will send you pro forma invoice to you to pay the remaining balance as soon as being informed by T/T to our bank. The payment term of D/P at sight is acceptable with approval credit.
The price is USD. F.O.B., Bangkok, Thailand, therefore, buyer is responsible for shipping, handling and insurance. However, for your convenience, we will arrange those things for your by charge you at cost.

Production Time and Shipment
Approximately, our production time take 5-7 weeks after receive your fund deposit to our bank, however, the fund transferring process may need up to 3 weeks in the bank process. Therefore, cash payment upon purchase will shorten the delivery time. In some situations such as raw material shortage, full-capacity production, the production period may be prolonged. We hope for your understanding that sufficient time is needed ensure finished products of high quality. We will update you for any shortening or lengthening of production time for your most precise marketing planning.
Normally, we do ship goods via air freight, but for small volume of consignment; it is also able to be done by express courier like FedEx, or other customer requirement. For those of buyers who have your own agent in Bangkok, we will delivery to your agent for free. |

Return Policy
Since the trade term is F.O.B. Bangkok, Thailand, it is buyer’s accountability to check the merchandises before shipping out of Bangkok, Thailand. In practical, if none of buyer representative presence, we assume that buyer approve our products quality. Accordingly, we only refund or reproduction only items that are miss-production from your purchase order and defected goods by our side only. Return of goods must be made within 15 days after product receive and must be approved prior by us. Shipping and handling including insurance are non-refundable. |
